Friends of Nunney Church Roof Restoration Project
A group has been setup to raise funds to restore the nave ceiling and roof of All Saints in Nunney. The official launch of the campaign has been fixed for Saturday 26th January 2008. The launch will start at 10am with the opening of an exhibition on the history of the Church and its place in the local community. The exhibition will be opened by local historian Michael McGarvie, accompanied by the Rector, John Hodder. The exhibition will remain open for the rest of the day (and remain in the church for the duration of the campaign). All are welcome to come and join this event. Morning coffee, tea and refreshments will be available and we are hoping for a good turnout to support this worthy cause.
