This journal was published from 1997 through 2001 under the auspices of the Textbook Project – an independent nongovernmental agency – of the Health Manpower Development Institute, Ministry of Public Health, Government of Thailand. Excepting strictly time-limited material, the contents of the journal are presented here. After 2001 this journal was continued by the Human Resources for Health online journal.
