Assessment method: Embedded questions in weekly quizzes. Students struggled especially with quantum mechanics concepts. If students performed poorly on an embbeded question it was re-used in a re-worded form.

Web CT was used extensively in this class. Students uniformly disliked the text book. This has been a consistent comment about the book over different years and sections of Physical Chemistry. Strongly suggest changing the text for next year.
