Designed, delivered and installed a PC, Touch screen and Kiosk system that allowed college students to connect, change and disconnect their telephone service on a college campus. Thus saving personnel cost for the company during peak usage times. Extensive GUI design work and usability testing on internal and external clients. Analyzed data to determine overall ROI.


Results: $1,000,000 overtime reduction for the year


Overall Graphical User Interface responsibilities to design, deliver, test and install an X-Windows / Motif, Client/Server based application for BellSouth’s 9,000 Service Representatives. Led JAD analysis sessions with Marketing to define business functionality and user operability. Performed usability testing with select representatives in the field. Documented GUI shortcomings and pitfalls and worked with Marketing to streamline design effectiveness.


Results: $MM personnel savings for the year


Consulted with clients to define business needs and performed GAP analysis to uncover potential ROI opportunities within application development and Data Center hosting capabilities. Meet with key decision makers to generate buy in on cost savings opportunities. Led JAD sessions with internal staff to define viability and ROI. Then determined whether the project would be profitable for our company and the client.


Results: $20,000,000 in viable, proposed solutions to the customer.


Developed new product training and presented to customers and internal staff. Researched technical information, collated pertinent information, factored in key business drivers, produced two Powerpoint presentations (one for internal staff and one for customers), trained internal staff in two cities, spearheaded large user conferences in both cities, provided one-on-one training for key clients.


Results: $MM sales increase and an effective sales staff and educated customers.


Managed Fiber product special case sales process. Liaised between sales and network staff, received and analyzed special pricing proposals from sales staff, met with sales staff to determine underlying business drivers / critical need / willingness to pay and probability of sale, coordinated with network to determine best price / greatest profit balance and advised sales team as to strengths of our new pricing model.


Results: $MM worth of sales generation.


Consulted with Key business clients and proposed effective, cost saving solutions. Performed Business Analysis of their current situation and defined total cost of their current telecommunications package. Developed total network solution for their voice and data needs and showed excellent ROI over a one year period.


Results: $168,000 reduction one customer’s annual billing.

Maintained close relationship with key customers and contacts, identified potential for IT project services, created relationship with key decision makers, proposed and sold project services, recruited and hired exceptional talent, managed work performance and elicited client feedback to develop the business’s bottom line.
