Developed databases and user interfaces to capture key market information from research projects conducted by the Marketing department. Databases were maintained by supervising and monitoring data-entry operators.

Developed a Paradox-based application to automate the sales force. Application entailed the creation of an easy user interface to maintain key customer contacts, addresses, demographic information and sales history. Application allowed the user to interface with the home office by fax, e-mail or modem allowing the user to download current sales and inventory information off a network file server. Application served as the prototype for a client-server solution.

Fulfilled ad hoc information requirements primarily through the use of the mainframe tool NOMAD in an IBM TSO environment. Assisted in the design of new mainframe-generated sales reports. Developed key sales and marketing reports linking sales history data with external database demographics.
