Supplies Needed:

Clear vinyl

Red felt

Red thread

Scrap of felt

Glue

Candy

Cut:

1. Cut two pieces for bottom out of felt.

2. Cut two pieces for top out of clear vinyl.

3. On one piece of felt cut the opening open as shown on pattern.

Sew:

4. Sew 1 piece of vinyl to 1 piece of felt. (Use a zigzag stitch or straight stitch)

5. Repeat process with the remaining felt & vinyl pieces.

6. Lay the 2 pieces open and flat. Top stitch across the red felt with the vinyl seam allowance folded down towards the felt. Pin the two completed pieces together with seams on the inside.

7. Zig Zag around the entire outside of machine. ( or straight stitch )

Finish:

8. Cut door cover from a scrap of felt. Glue over the slit on the front of machine.

9. Fill with gum balls

If candy slip out too easily: Sew two small tacks just below the seam.

**If your vinyl sticks to your presser foot, try sewing with the felt side on top and the vinyl next to your feed dogs.
