Daily Moods Exercise (10 Points)


Your mood can change very quickly during the day, and can do so for internal or external reasons. This exercise is designed to show you how we react, emotionally, to various stimuli. In this exercise you will take one day out of the week and record your most predominant mood for each hour of the day that you are awake. (You do not have to be up all day.) For each mood rate the intensity using the scale below. Identify the internal or external trigger for the mood, and list any expressive or instrumental behaviors that resulted from the mood.
