Planning and execution creates wealth….but if you don’t write it down, it probably won’t happen! When it comes to marketing, you need a plan. In the real estate business today, Real Estate Agents are called on like a doctor – 24/7. You wear 200 hats. You split your time up between clients, prospecting and marketing, and managing your business….where is there time to think about marketing?

To achieve the success in real estate that you are after, you MUST be marketing your business. And to do that, you need a plan. Take the time this month to write out a 3 month plan for marketing in 2009. I say 3 months so that you can stop and examine what you are doing, then adjust and plan for the next quarter.
