CONNECTIONS NETWORK 411: Real Estate Builds WEALTH!

Real Estate Builds Wealth means two things when you are in this business. The first, obviously, is putting food on the family table and hopefully saving some of your income. The second is investment in real property. Achieving wealth either way requires the same approach; being in the people business. Real estate sales is a relationship game; a prospecting game; a connections game.

The last time you called a painter, did you ask him if he had done any jobs recently for someone fixing up to sell? The last time you called an inspector, did you ask if he had any rent houses? Did you ask the closer at the title company who was buying foreclosures?

We have over 170 Connections Partners (key words, “connections” and “partners”) who joined the Judge Fite family with the intention of building their own wealth by establishing and nurturing relationships. When one of them strikes up a conversation, do you take a little time to talk and find out about their real estate needs, or do you just blow them off as somebody putting new business cards on the Connections Wall?
