Building Wealth through Commercial Real Estate

In the Commercial Division, we build our business on repeat and referral business from clients that we have helped build wealth through real estate.

One example of this is a client of the Commercial Division.  The client wanted to buy a site where he could build a building for his individual business.  We did the research to find an appropriate property that matched the client’s criteria.

The client successfully purchased the site and with the assistance of the Commercial Division built a shopping center that we were able to lease out. We then sold the center for this client to a buyer from California that had 1031 Exchange money. This effort helped the client realize more than $2 million dollars profit on his investment. 

We did new research for the same client and find another property to put that profit to work on.  They used part of his profit from the previous real estate transaction and purchased the new tract. This property was larger than the client needed for his business and enlisted us to market the additional land. He was able to sell off two pad sites to other users. As a result, the client was “free and clear” with nearly 3 more pads to sell and the potential to create several millions of dollars in profit.  Once the transactions are complete, we will begin the process all over again!

Because of our success, we received a referral from this client that we are currently working with…this is just one short story on how to build wealth with commercial real estate!
