Guidelines AKA "Instructions"
CO 144 Sts with size US 1 knitting needles, join, and work in a ribbing pattern for about 1" (I alternated colors and it looks pretty cool)
Change to US 2 knitting needles.
Increase 1 stitch every 3 stitches with CC (192 sts)
Begin chart pattern from the bottom up (This is repeated 4 times around)
