E-mail Assignment
Course Outcomes
Analyze situations, audiences, and desired goals to determine the written format appropriate to the purpose of the message.
Produce clear and concise computer-generated letters, memos, reports, and proposals.
Create written communications that promote positive interpersonal, intercultural, organizational, and/or international relations.
This assignment is worth 10% of your final grade, and it is due on Tuesday, June 12th.
Choose one of the following exercises from the book:

You will submit your response as an e-mail sent to reedkim@gmail.com. Please cc: yourself so that you have a copy. I suggest typing the body of the e-mail in Word first so that you can use spell and grammar check, and then copy and paste it into your e-mail The date and time on your e-mail must be before class begins on Tuesday, June 12th.
Try to keep the following in mind:
Choose an appropriate subject line that summarizes the central idea
Use the direct pattern
Keep your sentences concise, but include all the necessary information.
The opening should restate the central idea
Use graphic highlighting to emphasize important points
Put action information with deadline and method in the closing
