WEDNESDAY SCHEDULE
11:00 – 1140 Lunch on your own
11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
Gregg,
Darci, and Leanne will give the presentation that has been given at
conferences on standards-based education. It has been modified for the
tri-district workshop. It would be good to both orient us all around
the work that has and continues to be done – taking a step back to peek
at the forest (versus the continuous work on the trees) – and to see
the information that is going out on our system.
12:45 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
What about that PSAT data? It will be shared and distributed to each department.
1:15 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
We'll
have a discussion around a pending Council bill regarding the first
Civic & Social Expectations standard. Scott will discuss a proposal
for a process to initiate a service learning needs assessment for the
towns that comprise our district. This includes having a dialog with
our students, and it includes us discussing the process beforehand.
E-Day schedule for 2.6.08. No students to library, as we’ll need to use that space for WCTC students.
MODIFIED BELL FOR HALF DAY; PLEASE NOTE THE ADJUSTED LUNCHES SO WE CAN RUN 2 OF THEM. STUDENTS DISMISSED TO LUNCH BY TEACHER/CLASSROOM.
