For those who might have missed the ruckus- Rich Lucibella, a long time participant on both of those blogs and dedicated aviation enthusiast himself, footed substantial legal bills to fend off legal action aimed at "quenching the jets" of some enthusiast(ic) ! participants. Perhaps a victim of one's own devices, re: the stir created, one of aviation's most vociferous C.E.O.'s became familiar with footware (actually, the boot), and what got quenched was Eclipse's cash incinerators - but not our appetite for intrigue and news from Albuquerque- and all other aviation "disruptions" !!
