Vix mask which you can find here http://www.freewebs.com/vixpsp/masks.htm
Tubes I used are from Butterfly Web Graphics which you can get here http://www.butterflywebgraphics.com/ under special winter and Christmas graphics.
Open up a new doc 600 x 600, you can resize later.
Flood fill your canvas with white, add a new layer and flood fill with a color of your choice, I used 8Offff
Apply your mask of choice, I used Vix Mask 40 which you can find here, delete your mask layer and merge group.
Apply your frame, then with your magic wand click the outside of each frame so that you have marching ants around it.
Modify, expand by 6 and flood fill with a color of your choice, I used 60717d, select none.
Place your scrap pieces where you would like and resize to your liking.
Using your magic wand on your frame layer, click inside one of your frames, modify, expand by 10, copy and paste your tube of choice, invert and delete excess.
Do this with the remaining 3 frames using tubes of your choice or just leave the way it is.
Add the wording of your choice and don’t forget your copyright and resize.
