Weekly Podcast Prepares Students for the Real World
University of Oregon student produces podcast series for aspiring PR practitioners with tips, tools and techniques on how to transition from graduation to the real world of public relations.

The podcast runs every Wednesday at the Real World PR blog.
The podcast varies in length from five to 10 minutes.
Each week the podcast will offer tips and tools for college students on how to get a job in the real world of public relations.
“Endless PODsibilities” provides, resume tips, portfolio guidance, a list of PR agencies and jobs, interview techniques, and advice from PR professionals.
“Endless PODsibilities” covers a new topic each week. The first podcast covers a broad outline of what to do before getting a job in the real world of PR. Other episodes address PR topics with specific strategies and tactics to know before becoming a PR professional.
The first podcast will air on March 12, 2008. Each podcast to follow will be available online every Wednesday at http://kristinaeichorn.wordpress.com.

About Kristina
Kristina Eichorn is a journalism student at the University of Oregon studying public relations and communication studies. She has interned for Graduate Marketing, Inc. as an advertising coordinator and participated in many extracurricular activities, such as dance. She has studied at the University for four years and will graduate in June of 2008.
