Going the Distance for Parkinson's Disease

My father’s stories about building the a-frame cabin in Mammoth Lakes with Grandpa recall a man of great strength and endurance. However, due to the deteriorating effects of Parkinson's, this was a man I never got to see, and our time together in the Eastern Sierras was definitely not long enough.

It is both chronic and progressive, meaning its symptoms grow worse and last over time.” Common symptoms include slowness of movement, instability or impaired balance and coordination, and stiffness or tremors of the extremities.
