Mobile Web Best Practice Working Group - Korean Task Force

 

Background

There was a consensus to create a Korean Task Force in BPWG to deliver the Korean input for current ongoing MWBP documents more efficiently at the MWBP Seoul meeting, March 2008.

Goal

The goal of the Korean Task Force is to deliver the Korean input for current ongoing MWBP documents in order to avoid the fragmentation of MWBP standards. For this goal, Task Force will produce the documents of the gap analysis between W3C MWBP and Korean industry from Mobile Web 2.0 Forum, and makes the proposal for new work items.

The most of Task Force work will be done by Mobile Web 2.0 forum, Korea.

        *MW2F: Mobile Web 2.0 Forum

Meetings (Teleconference, F2F meeting)

        *we have decide to use both W3C teleconference bridge and forum teleconference bridge as available basis.

        *So, it is required a technical support for W3C zakim bridge system.

 

Report

 

The Task Force leader should report the TF activities and/or meeting results to the MWBP working group periodically, but if there is no issue on the TF the report could be omitted. 

Mailing Lists

This Task Force has two public mailing lists in W3C and Mobile Web 2.0 Forum respectively.

        *we have decided to use W3C mailing-list only mostly used in Korean.
