Hello Richard and Peggy, Over the last month, George, Bill, and Barb have been contacted requesting some form of official documentation be provided that shows process was followed, required by USARS By_Laws, in regards to Barb Brooks' Rink Hockey Committee non-voting membership and Co-Chairman transition and status. Also, there has been concern and request for Rink Hockey Committee Minutes to be provided in a timely manner to the greater USARS Rink Hockey community. Barb Brooks has shared that there is no mechanism in USARS requiring Standing Committee Minutes be shared with Rink Hockey members or stakeholders and information that is shared is made available at the committee's pleasure. USOC has been requested to please help mediate and clarify these questions. If you are able to assist USOC, your assistance would be appreciated. Please see: http://sites.google.com/site/hardballhock/  At this site you will see in the communtication with Gary Johansen at USOC a call for help, there is simply a need for clarification and a need for our Rink Hockey Committee Governance to include collaboration, communication, and differing degrees of transparency necessary to honor and inform USARS Rink Hockey members and sport stakeholders.
