Note: If your school has multiple teams (Open/Girls'/"B" teams) that are submitting a bid, please submit separate bids for each team. 

We will do our best to provide housing options for all teams that request it; we anticipate being able to provide housing for all.  The 2 Coaches/Chaperones must stay with their teams if the team stays at a house of a Hopkins family.  We ask that any additional adults/fans attending the Hustle provide their own lodging.  We are looking at blocking off hotel rooms at a special rate in the Hopkins/Minnetonka area for this purpose.

*Communication regarding the Hopkins Hustle 2009 will go through this contact information that you provide above.  All teams MUST BE accompanied by at least 2 adults at the tournament, and these adults will have to fill out the UPA Chaperon Form.  These adult chaperons must stay at the fields with their team.

3. "The Fun Part"

We'd like to know a little about your team. Record this year, last year, teams that you play, etc.  On a scale of one to awesome, how do you rank yourself in spirit and skill?  What other tourneys does your team compete in?  How does your current team compare to your team last year?  Have you lost a lot of seniors, or do you have some hot up and coming talent ready to take the Hustle by storm?  Basically, we want to know why you think that your team would be a great team to have at the Hopkins Hustle.  We're excited about having this tourney, and we hope that you are excited about playing in it.  Prove it.  We like creativity, limericks and haiku. We also encourage Youtube video backup, either of footage of your team, interviews with your coaches, or just the most inventive thing you can show us on a camera. Who knows? If we find your video extremely cool (and tasteful), it might even make its way on to the tournament's website...
