Primary School 5 to 11 years (Key Stage 2)...
Workshops in addition to our full time programme of study OPEN to All Primary Aged Children on a part time or 'one off' basis.


Our Workshops are active, creative, exciting, hands on explorations into knowledge, problem solving and skills development.  They are designed to switch children  ON  to learning.  Our methods are cross curricular.  That means we look for the links between the subjects and teach accordingly.  Each activity costs £10.00 per session.  Sport however is subsidised at £5.00 per session.  Fees are charged per term.  You may pay by monthly installment.  All activities take place at Forest Farm, Elsfield.  N.B, trips relevant to topics may incur small extra costs.

We offer full time primary tuition at Forest Farm.  We also offer  special workshops for children who do not attend full time the list is detailed below... 

Monday...

In the afternoon, 1.00pm to 3.00pm there's DRAMA
TutorJenna McKee.  Young, fun and inspirational.  Jenna has been working with our primary aged children. She teaches drama for Stagecoach too.  Students will take part in regular performances.  Trips will be organised to see shows and behind the scenes theatre at work.
Tuesday...

In the afternoon, 1.00pm to 3.00pm there's PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES, SPORT
Tutor:  Barry Grinham.  Barry's the brains behind Prime Energy. He has worked with us for years and knows how to motivate the children and get the best from them. 
Wednesday...

In the afternoon, 1.00pm to 3.00pm there's FRENCH
Tutor:  Imogen Rigden.   Workshops to make  learning a modern language fun and relevant.
Thursday...

In the afternoon, 1.00pm to 3.00pm there's ART
TutorJoanna Browridge.  Joanna has been teaching with us for many years.  She teaches up to 'A' Level.  Her real skill is recognising the potential in each child's ability and work.
Friday...

In the afternoon, 1.00pm to 3.00pm there's MUSIC / MULTIMEDIA
Tutors:  Daniel Ardizzone & Nick Cope.  Daniel teaches studio techniques and music production. Instruments include keyboards, piano, drums, guitar.   Nick Cope (lead singer/songwriter of the Candyskins) teaches songwriting and guitar.  Activities include, music performance, trips to see bands and orchestral performances, music production and our annual music festival at Forest Farm.

Local Trips:  Details to be confirmed.  Plans to visit the Open Door Activity Centre in Wales for a residential short team building course.  Visits to Recycling Depot and Landfill Site.
