1.     Welcome and call to order.

2.    Join ALA/NYLA. The joint student membership is only $35. Download the membership form from http://www.nyla.org/index.php?page_id=89

3.    Join ALA’s listserv: Go to http://listserv.buffalo.edu/archives/ub-ala-list.html and under “Options” click “Join or Leave UB-ALA-LIST”

4.    Treasurer’s Report. Our second Bake Sale (and Book Sale) will be Wednesday, April 15 from 9-5 in the Baldy Lobby. Sign up to bring a baked good or to sit at the table.

• There will be a box in the lab the Tuesday before to drop goods off.
  

5.    Tote bag design winner: Mad Library Scientist – Congratulations to Sarah Crevelling on her winning submission! Congratulations to Kristi Klier who also won a free tote bag for having her design featured on the blog.

6.    Relay for Life. Our team of eight people raised over $600 in the fight against cancer.

7.    Rochester Teen Book Festival this Saturday, April 4th

• No interest in carpooling
  

8.    Nominations for officers Fall 2009

• Several nominations were accepted: Ray, Charlie, Sarah and Sara
• Elections will be held at next meeting

• Tentatively scheduled for Monday, April 20 at 5:15
