MATRICULATION REQUIREMENTS
(Students apply for formal admission to the Secondary Education Program in the semester prior to the junior year.)
1 )  PPST: Praxis I exam minimum scores - Reading: 170, Mathematics: 173. (Allow 3-4 wks for scoring) Study Information can be found at www.ets.org/praxis/testprep. Computer-based test is offered at Prometric Testing Center, 350 S 400 W Suite 250, Lindon, Utah PH – (801)226-2095 Hours M-Sat. 9am-6pm.
2)   Successful Completion of all General Education requirements, 2 Pre-professional education courses, and where possible, the majority of content area courses.
3)   GPA of 2.75 or higher.
4)   A group interview directed by the Secondary Teacher Education Selection and Retention Committee.
