| MATRICULATION REQUIREMENTS |
| 1. PRAXIS II - Test #0014. Register for this exam by going to www.ets.org and clicking on PRAXIS. There is a $130 fee associated with this exam. Select required codes to have results sent to both UVU and Utah State Office of Education. This exam is given several times each year. To be completed by above application deadlines. Required score 150 or above. |
| 2. GPA of 3.0 or higher |
| 3. A group interview directed by the Teacher Education Selection and Retention Committee. |
| 4. Completion of the Associate of Science degree in Pre-Elementary Education or equivalent (completion of this degree does not guarantee acceptance into the UVU Elementary Education Program). |
