What are alumni doing? A way to stay in touch and create new connections. Contact info? Mentoring? Questions asked/answered.

Mentoring:
- Required mentors perhaps wouldn't be as cooperative or nurturing.
- Faculty mentors? Perhaps on a voluntary basis. Is there a need for it? Yes.


Institutional Memory helps, because sometimes we don't even know what questions to ask
