M -Mission
What strengths does this team member have? How would you like to see this team member use their strengths in your ministry?
I would like for the teachers Love of God and love of children to be shared with
the kids and others. Their positive attitude (sense of humor and
patience, enthusiasm for teaching be there too.
Where do you see your team member in one year?
I would like to see our teachers become leaders both in the classroom and the church. For their self confidence in the classroom and in their church family to be strengthend.
A – Affect
To have an affect on someone means to influence them; to shape them. How can you influence this team member to fully realize his/her gifts and abilities? What steps could you take to help them to see their strengths and use them for God’s Kingdom?
I/We will provide training, and feedback on lessons given in the classroom. Have an open ear to the needs of the new (old) teachers.
P – Prayer and planning will help produce the results you want. List some specific things to pray for.
Prayer: leaders, volunteers, the vision for this program (to be effective in teaching about Jesus and our awesome God to these kids).
Write out your plan of action for this team member.
Plan: We will schedule training and once every two months (or sooner) have a informal meeting with all(as many as possible) volunteers to discuss the program and to have short bible study and prayer.
Now work the Plan and WATCH THEM GROW!
