The Jumps and Jodhpurs Pony Club is a local affiliate of the United States Pony Club. We provide riding lessons and horse management training to area youth. In addition, JJPC aims to provide a safe and engaging place for youth to come and learn more about horses. The club currently has 14 active members aged 8 to 25 years old. The USPC is one of the world’s most recognizable youth equestrian organizations and is active in over 30 countries and all across the United States.
JJPC is hosting a fundraising show March 15, at Poseidon Stables in Eugene. We will be raising money to help send our members to rallies and competitions around the state.
We would be so grateful if your company would consider sponsoring our show. Attached to this letter are some suggested donation packages, but we would be grateful for any amount of money donated.
Our show is expected to draw in over 50 competitors from all over the state. We are also expecting an additional 60 spectators. The JJPC has been heavily promoting our club’s show by posting flyers in area barns, tack and feed stores. We are also hoping to gain awareness for our show through craigslist ads and stories in The Register Guard.

______$25 Sponsor a Class: Companies who choose this package would be sponsoring one of our 18 classes. The announcer would mention the company’s name no less than three times during the class and would thank the company for its sponsorship at the end of the class after ribbons are handed out.
______$50 Banner: JJPC will accept a company’s banner and hang it prominently on the front entrance of the show arena. Announcer will also thank this company for their support at no less than three times throughout the show.
______$200 Display or Booth: Companies who choose this package would be given the opportunity to set up a display about their business, or a booth to selling their products. Booths would be given premium placement near the front entrance of the show arena or in front of the barn where customers will see it when they drive in. Space is extremely limited so please call ahead to make your reservation.
______$400 Title Sponsor: A company choosing this option would be given title sponsorship of our show. The company’s name and logo would be printed in the show program and on the ribbons handed out to the competitors. The announcer would also mention the company name no less than 10 times during the show and thank the company for their support.
______Donation Amount: Every little bit helps! The announcer will thank all sponsors for their support no less than three times during the show.
