• Tiredness, a need to sleep at unusual times of the day or a change in sleeping patterns before, during or after the event

And thank you for being part of the distant healing event yesterday on the Mayan Day Out of Time - World Day of Love and Thanks to Water!...

There were over 200 participants consciously tuning in from different parts of the world. The treatment began in earnest around 2.15 pm local time (15 minutes later than planned), which was 5.15 pm GMT/UT and 7.15 pm in Southern Africa, and continued for almost 3 hours, ending just on 5 pm local time (8 pm GMT/UT, and 10 pm in southern Africa).
We were joined by Kitten Zanovitch at the start of the treatment process, and she remained in place asleep next to Gonzalo's right lower leg till the end.

As always, there were some steps for all the participants, some for just the animals who were included, some for the children, some for the women participants, and some for all the men who participated.

As those of you who have experienced Earth Heal work in the past know, we do not attempt to "play God" during these events, when planetary healing work is included, or decide as human beings what aspects of the planet to focus on, which countries and so on... all planetary work is undertaken step by step according to the guidance received during the treatment process from the collective Higher Self and the beings of light who work with us.  It's always a surprise to me as well to see what actually comes up in a treatment, despite the planetary issues I may be personally concerned about.

Just to show you the didge we use at the start of the treatment, I sat down next to the computer (showing a pic of Lake Baikal - see below for more info).  Usually though, I play it while standing, and move around slowly, directing the sound around the surrogate's energy field.

Work was also done for the collective energy field of the planet as a whole (including the clearing of some old programming going back hundreds of years) and I will be sending through detailed reports in the next couple of weeks with the info that came up for the participants and the planet. These reports will not be as detailed as those written after the Solstice and Equinox events, but the most important information will be included.

For now, just to mention there was some emphasis on the following: The upcoming election in the USA, the collective energy field of Asia as a whole, and the energy field of Vietnam (again - Vietnam has been a constant through many of our distant healing events in the past couple of years!)

Fifteen minutes before the start of the event, when I had just realised that Lake Baikal was to be one of the focuses of our treatment and started dowsing to find out more, the info came through that we were being asked to get some clean water from the beach here in Praia do Frances (where the ocean is very clean and alive) and to place it in front of the photograph of
Lake Baikal in Siberia on the PC monitor, during the treatment process, according to Dr Emoto's guidelines.

Dr Masaru Emoto is going to be doing a huge clearing of the waters of one of this ancient lake on 3 August, which has started to become polluted, and is asking people to join him at the time of the healing ceremony (8 am GMT/UT), and send prayers and healing to the lake via a glass of water placed on top of the pic of the lake, or in front of the pic on the PC monitor....

We worked closely with the water spirits of the lake during the treatment yesterday to clear some of the stagnant/dissonant energies, and to bring healing energies into the energy field of the lake, in preparation for Dr Emoto's work next Sunday.  His goal is to clear the pollution at a physical as well as energetic level i.e. so that if photographed under a microscope, the water crystals of the lake would once again be beautiful and perfect.  By including the lake in our healing work, anchored as it was by more than 200 participants around the world, we are helping to 'set the energy' for Dr Emoto's work on the 3 Aug. By releasing certain disharmonic energies before the healing ceremony coming up on 3 Aug, the effects of the 3 Aug work will perhaps be more powerful.

So a very big thank you to all of you for your help with this yesterday!  The healing work was able to happen at a much deeper level because of the conscious participation of more than 200 of you consciously holding Water in your heart, as well as anchoring the healing energy being channeled through for the collective consciousness, and allowing yourselves to be conduits for the release of disharmonic energies no longer needed by the morphic field.

Something interesting about the sea water we were asked to collect yesterday.... As there was very little time left before the start of the treatment, I asked a friend to go at speed on his bicycle to the beach and collect the water for us.  It was only when he arrived here with it just a minute or two before we began that I realized the synchronicity.  A couple of days ago there was a drowning tragedy here in Frances, when a man drowned while trying to rescue his wife from the current, which is very strong here.  I had tuned in to him a day later and received permission to include him and his wife in yesterday's treatment.

But in November last year, I was also almost drowned in the same patch of water (and ended up being rescued by surfers) together with Justin, who collected the water for us yesterday....and Gonzalo also almost drowned in that area of the beach just a week or two before it happened to me!  Luckily we all survived, but it was very interesting that the water in which the man drowned two days ago, and in which all three of us almost drowned last year, was the water we were asked to use to connect up with Lake Baikal!

Well, at the end of the treatment we muscle-tested to find out what to do with the water after the event, and got that some of it was to be taken down to the sea after the event and returned to the ocean, and the rest of it is to remain on my balcony until 3 August, in the sunshine during the day and under the stars at night, and then will be used again to connect up with Dr Emoto's ceremony is happening at 5 am local Brazilian time.

Some other synchronicities … Siberia has been coming up lately!  I did a short treatment for a sick horse a few days ago, and Anastasia (the living being of light who is based in Siberia) came in during the treatment process to bring healing energy for the horse.  Then when Justin arrived with the water, he happened to mention he has just started to read the Ringing Cedars books, which are about Anastasia, and of course also set in Siberia.  And at the end of our treatment yesterday, a beautiful rainbow appeared in the sky right over the ocean here in Praia do Frances. Unfortunately there was no camera on hand to capture it, but isn't it so strange and funny that I happened to include the photograph of another rainbow (which appeared a couple of weeks ago above our garden) in the mail I sent out to participants just before the event!

During the treatment process, Gonzalo experienced some pain in his abdomen (which is not surprising, as three of the participants have serious illness and /or surgery in that areas of their body recently) and lots of tingling.   He said that at some point of the process he saw a huge spiral 'collapsing' . He went into a deep space for much of the treatment process, and felt chilly afterwards, needing a sweater, which is unusual for him.

For a day or two before the event, I experienced bouts of incredible sleepiness, with lots of pulling sensations in my chakras, especially the brow.  I found the treatment process calm and peaceful and was "out there" for a while afterwards, not really wanting to attend to the usual dinner etc chores, but managing nevertheless :) I felt sleepy in the early evening, but later got a "second wind" and ended up not needing to go to sleep till quite late last night....

Please take it easy if you are experiencing a detoxification, rest as much as you can, and have a lot of extra water for the next few days.
