More information about how to be included as a participant in the 20 June 2008 Solstice event

General Info

Participation is open to all, on a donation basis. Alternatively, those with Inclusive annual membership to Earth Heal will be automatically included in this event. Inclusive membership is available at a nominal fee, and includes all group distant healing events taking place over the next year. See this link for info about annual membership.

During the treatment, each participant is worked on individually, as well as being part of the collective energy field, and is likely to have a tangible experience during and after the treatment, with some participants reporting transformational experiences: Feedback sent in by participants after the Equinox distant healing event on 21 March 2008 and the Wiccan New Moon event on 5 May 2008 can be read via the links below.

It is best for participants to arrange a relatively stress-free day if possible, particularly during the duration of the treatment process, and to plan a relaxing evening and an early night afterwards.
Depending on where participants are located on the planet, those who are awake during the treatment process may connect up with us, from wherever they are, by "tuning in" to the Highest Good of All and relaxing for part of this period. Those who are working during that time, or are busy with other activities, can still receive the full benefits of the treatment by going about their day in a relaxed way, with the awareness that they are simultaneously participating in this event.

If you are participating on a once-off basis in this event, please:

Complete this form, and send it back to us via e-mail as soon as possible, and no later than 19 June.
Send us a head and shoulders photograph of yourself via e-mail, if we do not already have one on our files, to enable us to connect to you personally at the start of the event. Pics should be in JPEG format, in a size UNDER 100 KB to minimise downloading time, and should show your face, including the eyes. It's fine if you are wearing spectacles, but please don't send a pic of yourself wearing sunglasses.
Make your donation by 19 June. - see details below. Your name will be added to the list of participants, and we will be in touch with more info before the event.

How to include guests as part of this event

This is also an opportunity to give the gift of a long-distance treatment to friends, family (animals can also be included) and those you wish to help via distant healing, as well as people who have not yet experienced this method of healing.

To sponsor gift participation in this event for family members, friends and people you would like to assist through distant healing, please:

Get their permission first if possible, as they will be receiving distant healing, and it is not ethical to work on people without their permission. This does not apply to babies, very small children, people in a coma, those who are not of sound mind, or pets. If they are not able to give their conscious permission, we will double-check with muscle testing that their higher selves are giving permission, before including them as participants.
Download this letter and reg form for your guest(s), fill in their name and yours in the appropriate places, and either complete it yourself and e-mail it back to us or, preferably, forward it to them and ask them to fill in their own details, and to e-mail it to us as soon as possible, together with a photograph of themselves as below, if we do not already have one.
Send your own form back to us via e-mail as soon as possible (together with your guest's form if you have completed it for them), and no later than 19 June.

Donations

Non-member participants are asked to make a donation (an amount of your own choosing) to Earth Heal before the event, as an exchange of energy for this treatment. The principal of exchange is important in terms of allowing ourselves to receive the full benefit of the treatment, at the deepest levels.

If you are unemployed, please contribute only what is affordable for you. The energy of exchange is important, but the amount is left totally up to participants. All donations are gratefully received and enable Earth Heal to continue planetary healing work on a regular basis, and to offer vibrational healing to anyone, anywhere in the world, who requires our help.

Refugees, people in war-torn communites, indigent or homeless people, and those in desperate circumstances are included on a pro bono basis, and are asked to make a small contribution in some way to someone else in need within their own communities, instead of making a donation to Earth Heal.
