Scourges are warriors who use energy of the Shadowfell to shield their allies and lay waste to their foes.

Scourges rely on Constitution, Wisdom, and Charisma for most of their key abilities and powers.

SCOURGE CLASS FEATURES
Your armor, your shield, and your weapon are the most important tools of your trade. In addition, you have the following class features.
Life Trap
Dark energy swirls around the lifeforce of your allies, making attempts at it ill-advised at best.
Whenever an enemy within 5 squares of you makes an attack and deals at least 1 point of damage to an ally that is also within 5 squares of you, that enemy suffers 2 points of necrotic damage. The damage increases to 4 at 11th level and to 6 at 21th level.
Glimpse of AfterlifeYou can imbue your most basic powers with shadow energy, making them more potent.
Whenever you drop an enemy to 0 hit points, you recover the use of Glimpse of Afterlife if you already used it, making it possible to use this ability more than once per encounter. In addition, whenever you spend an action point, you recover any spent uses of this ability.

Effect: If you use target at-will power until end of your turn,
you can choose one of the following effects:
Glimpse of the Mists: If you hit with your at-will power, the
target cannot shift until the beginning of your next turn.
Glimpse of Heaven: If you hit with your at-will power, the
target gains -2 penalty to Will defense until the beginning
of your next turn.
Glimpse of Oblivion: If you hit with your at-will power, the
target can't make opportunity attacks or take immediate
actions until the beginning of its next turn.
SCOURGE POWERSScourge powers are called shrouds.

Hexblade Strike

Special: You can use this power in place of an opportunity
attack as an immediate reaction.

regains 1d6 hit points.
Level 2 Utility ShroudsBoneblade

Minor Action * TouchTarget: A bone no smaller than a finger
Effect: You turn a bone you hold into any axe, light, or heavy
blade of your choice until the end of encounter or for 5
minutes. If you lose hold of the boneblade, it turns into
normal bone again and the effect ends.
At 5th level, the boneblade has a +1 enhancement. Increase
the bonus to +2 at 10th level, to +3 at 15th level, to +4 at
20th level, to +5 at 25th level, and to +6 at 30th level.
