If you can answer “yes” to all of the above, then your school is in a very secure position and you will have clear procedures in the event of a breach of policy. If you answered “no”, or “don’t know” to any of the above, you should take advice, ask your IT/Internet provider for the answers/training/help or, at the very least, discuss the implications at Senior Management Team Level.
