Twins Cleanup/LaFarge Project

Darryl, Arnold and Dave walked the site with LaFarge and signed the contract and sent in the forms for the first report.  Next step is to go out with Darryl, Arnold or Dave for the first time.  One idea would be to do a work day out there to get everyone oriented.

After the meeting in email, it was decided to hold a Twins Cleanup and site Orientation on February 21st at 10am, meet at the parking lot where we installed the sanican.

Washington Coastal Cleanup

Mike Wheeler will be coordinating: We are signed up for the Earth Day  beach cleanup this April 18th at Hobuck Beach.  We need to make some sandwich boards for reusable signs and basic event support materials.

Surfrider wants us to do check-in from 8-11am.  They want BBQ hours to be from 3 – 6pm.

We need to post a “sign up for beach cleanup” page on our site directing people to the coastal cleanup website for registration for coast savers.
