Thank you for reviewing my request for the Democratic National Committee and the College Democrats of America Convention. As part of this historic week in Denver, I will be able to learn valuable organizing skills, listen to amazing speakers, and witness one of the most exciting political conventions ever.

The College Democrats of America have made it possible for students to take part in the convention. For just 65 dollars I am registered for a whole host of youth specific events and I am eligible for their greatly reduced convention housing. I am applying to the Student Finance Committee’s conference fund to have half of my housing costs in Denver covered.

As a student, there is no way that I would be able to afford a week in Denver without the assistance of others.

My budget for the Convention is as follows:
