Good day! Thank you for participating in this study. The purpose of this study is to collect information on the concept of “matandang dalaga” among single Filipino women in Metro Manila.

The study’s duration is 3 months and I would appreciate it of you could return the answer’s in a month’s time. There are 9 questions in this survey/questionnaire and I hope you can answer them truthfully either in Tagalog or English or Taglish. Data gathered from this study will be used as a basis for forming new concept or a possible explanation to the current single status of women.
