Proven Business Analyst

Job Description:
Proven Business Analysts are always needed in the Twin Cities area. As a Business Analyst, you will have 3 or more years experience in Information Technology with prior business analysis experience in a business or technology environment. Will be a mastery of a formal project methodology RUP (Rational Unified Process). Requires excellent analytical ability, facilitative, consultative, communication, problem solving skills and strong judgment.

Job Experience:
Required Experience/Skills:
- 3+ years IT experience.
- Prior Business Analysis experience in a business or technology environment.
- Experience developing management level communications.
- Experience working within a project team.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze and communicate the project specifications between technical groups and user groups.
- Requires excellent analytical ability, facilitative, consultative, communication skills and strong judgment.
- RUP (Rational Unified Process).
- Local candidates preferred.
