Kaitlyn is a Yoga Works trained teacher with over 10 years of experience in yoga. Her journey along the yogic path has led her to recognize the power within each of us to change the world and live a life that is full and satisfying and her teaching strives to help people claim that power within themselves. Her teaching style ranges from vigorous flow classes to gentle and restorative classes.
