Instructions for Finding SketchUp Pro License Info for the PC

To find your SketchUp Pro license information, please do the following.

  1. Run your SketchUp Pro software.
  2. Select "Help" from the menu at the top of your screen.
    Select Help

  3. Select "License" from the "Help" pull down menu.
  4. Select "License Info" from the "License" flyout menu.
    Select License Info

  5. Record EXACTLY the user, company, and serial number. You might want to copy and paste the information for each of these three fields because typographical errors will prevent you from upgrading successfully.
