One school organization that is popular with students who study business and computers is FBLA. FBLA strands for Future Business leaders of America. It exists primarily to provide students with opportunities to lean and apply leadership and competitive skills. Members of FLBA have opportunities to become leaders by holding office at the local, regional, state, and/or national levels. In addition, you will have many opportunities to serve and use leadership skills while serving of committees and participating on activities. FBLA sponsors numerous leadership conferences to help students develop specific leadership skills

Another aspect of participating in FBLA is the opportunity totake part in competitions at the local, regional, stat, and national levels. These competitions are centered around business and computer subjects commonly completed in High School. Students who do well at the local level advance to the state level, and those who do well at the state level can complete at the national level. Students who are successful in these competitions bring favorable recognition too themselves, their teachers, and their schools.
