Group Work 1:

Themes should be related to either creativity, innovation or change. You are free to pic your group (size 3-5) as well as the topic. I suggest to start the paper with a problem description, then discuss the main literature or different literature streams and end with a critical reflection of the topic. I will comment on your suggestions within this document in order to align.

Could make sense for you to remain within your research focus, but I leave that up to you (e.g. for tourism: Unique aspects of service innovation, marketing: Market launch strategies for radical innovations, strategic management: The creative leader etc). You are asked to submit a paper (app. 10 pages) and hold a presentation (15 min + 10 min discussion). The schedule is as follows:
