Reading and Activity Schedule - An example of a simple record of programs done in a previous year.

Sample Registration - A one-page registration form to register daycares for traveling story time.

 

Checkout Letter - This letter should be included with the first box of materials checked out to each daycare.  If your library has an automation program you can also just include the checkout receipt each week.

 

Advertising Letter - This letter is sent out to daycares to advertise the upcoming program.

 

Daycare Directory - A record for the librarian to keep and update from year to year.
