Arrabals

These consist of link detached villas that have communal areas to control and maintain. These areas include pools and walkways. By law, each of these manzanas has its own association, president and an administrator. They can levy fees but must have an annual general meeting and legally they have significant powers. These bodies are separate but linked to La Asociación de Gata Residencial through their representatives. 

Alfars

These are manzanas where each house has its own ground and pool. They do not have responsibility for any common grounds and therefore do not have separate committees. Each Alfar manzana has its own representative on La Asociación de Gata Residencial.
