How to join and processing of your application
You can join La Asociacion de Gata Residencial in the following way:
1. Fill in a form:
This is a one page document which is simple to fill in and obtainable from either:

The membership secretary
-
You representative
It is important to name all the members of your household on the application form as they are entitled to all the benefits of membership except voting (unless given a proxy by the nominated member)
2. Hand it in with your joining fee and your first annual membership fee to either:

The Treasurer. Stephen Jobson. c/ Pins 11 (M11), or
- The Membership Secretary- Peter Bayliss. c/ Tarongers 76 (M2), or
- Your M Representative. Look here for a list of RepsFor 2009 the joining fee is 10€ and the annual fee is 10€.
The fees are set at the AGM for the following year.
3. The membership Secretary will process your application:

Your detail will go on our database.

It is important that your details are accurate and legible. We endeavour to be accurate but please notify us immediately if you become aware that your details are incorrect or if your circumstances change.

A membership card will be issued TO THE HOUSEHOLD in the name of the NOMINATED MEMBER.

You will be sent an email confirming your email address. It is important that you respond to this to ensure that our circulation lists are accurate.
- On request, the Treasurer or Membership Secretary will issue a receipt for payment
- Your membership will be ratified at the next Committee meeting.

In order to access the Member's only section and the Members forum, you will need to set up an account (GOOGLE). Instructions are on the website how to do this. Any problems should be referred to the Membership secretary, in the first instance. gataresasociacion@gmail.com
