Dear Sir/Madam,

It's with great pleasure and hope that I write to you. By the grace of God, he has afforded me the ability to author a book that will definitely cause stirs among the largest sect in the world – Christians and others. This is the first book that challenges the "religious" population (80% of the world) to really think. In fact it took me 7 years to author it and they will be thrill that it has over 2000 questions answered. Self praise is no recommendation, so the best thing I'm cordially asking is that you read it for yourself and see that it is worth royalty publishing; a copy is attached and you can also find a copy at:

One of the reasons I'm seeking publishing is because there has been literally thousands of download from my site of the book and I've even made it available to purchase a hard copy online with sales (here http://www.cafeshops.com/voicebook2 or www.lulu.com/godshop), but it is not in the stores and people keep asking me when is it coming in the stores. That takes money, which I don't have, so I need your help to do so. Just the other morning I had to tell someone I will call him back to walk him through the online purchase process, it would be easier if the book were in the stores or even if I have a large volume for local sales; amongst other reasons.

I’m fairly a new author and it might be hard to convince you to invest in a book that might not be under your genre –Christian Religion- but just read the Profitability Assurance section and you’ll know it will be worth your while. Another thing that might interest you is this fact, “Religious-themed books…top today’s best-seller lists; religious book sales are strong, while much of the industry is flat. Now publishers are responding to the demand with a variety of faith-infused books…Jewish and Christian titles dominate ” (USA Weekend, March 18-20, 2005). That same article said, “Parents are looking for books that inspire children to believe in God and instill in them the traditional morals and values that may be lacking in today’s world.” To add to that is this stats I obtained from ipl.org recently obtained in a class at BCC: The number one book of the the top 10 Bestselling Books of All Time is the “Bible”, second is, “Quotations from Chairman Mao Tse-tung (Little Red Book).” But notice this great difference, the bible was freely published and distributed and even banned at times from publishing, while the “Little Red Book” was a book mandated by the Communist China that all adults should have a copy and walk with it, yet the Bible sold far more than it greatly. In fact, the “Little Red Book” probably didn’t even reach a billion copies sold, while the bible “for the years up to 1992, put it closer to 6,000,000,000 in more than 2,000 languages and dialects” (Internet Public Library, ipl.org). And that is still a low estimate, for it far exceeds that. Another thing found of the top 10 bestselling Books is that 2 were of the Christian religion, the second is “In His Steps: ‘What Would Jesus Do?’ by Rev. Charles Monroe Sheldon.” So it is evidently clear that the most profitable books and widely read are Christian based. The reason I say this, is that this book I’m soliciting for publishing has that capacity. Don’t be left in the dust when you read the stats from now that this book has sold millions or even billions of copies worldwide and you didn’t take advantage of it.

Thought I seek royalty publishing, gain is not the aim for me, but rather spreading the truth; plus not having the up-front cost for real self-publishing. In fact, if you have started to read the manuscript, you'll see in the 'Notices' that I have released the right for anyone to further distribute the truth, even commercially, if they wish. Though I release the right to publishing the book and you have the option to do so without any stipend to me, I seek royalty publishing because, “there is a man whose labour is in wisdom, and in knowledge, and in equity; yet to a man that hath not laboured therein shall he leave it for his portion. This also is vanity and a great evil” (Ecc 2:21). Nevertheless, I also release the rights as mentioned in the Notices, because I really want the truth distributed unhindered. That it might be reckoned, "In that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness...They also that erred in spirit shall come to understanding, and they that murmured shall learn doctrine” (Isa. 29:18-24).

The latter is probably the best reason for releasing the rights of this book. For like the bible, no one really owns the right and many companies have published it with gains, hence it’s wide distribution: And even though they are many bible publishers, it has given profitability for each. Just to divert, this might not be the case in the future, for something phenomenal is happening in bible distribution. The NIV version is gaining a considerable foothold among believers and consequently trying to phase out the KJV, which can be published by any one. This is a problem because, if the NIV, which appeals more to this generation though questionable, supercedes the KJV, then the premier bible will be the NIV. What this does is that believers will have a shortage on bibles, as only one company will be publishing it (IBS) and for the first time in history, one company has a monopoly on bible distribution. This marketing scheme could very well be established by the “inherent evils” to control bible distribution, because you can’t print the NIV without their permission, whilst anyone can print the bible - KJV. To make this even more scheme-like, that same company has printed their own KJV, called the “New KJV” and another sacrilegious one called TNIV. The bible ought not to be monopolized this way, as it is the word of God. I feel the same way about the books I’m graced to write, hope this helps.

PROFITABILITY ASSURANCE LETTER

Even further, by reading the content and seeing the outlay you'll also be convinced that this is a profitable venture. In fact, the USA Weekend report should be enough convincing. In other words, the Christians (majority of the populace) are hungry for truth and we should give it to them. The most basic and essence of this is salvation itself. The following will help you make a decision concerning publishing:

Target Market: Specifically, Church leaders – Pastors, Sunday School and Bible College Teachers, Superintendents, Evangelists, Workers, etc. However, the book usually chosen for royalty publishing usually has a clear specific target market, but this is the exception to the rule and come close to the impossible slogan, “we specialize in everything.” Hence, the target market is really every professing Christian – approximately 2 billion people. Yes, this might just be the exception to the rule. The book is so tailored that it goes in-depth in the minds of every professing Christian and brings to the forefront the questions they want to ask that is vital to their soul after death. Though doctrinal, it is based on my own personal story of searching for the truth within our denominations, hence the deluge of questioning. Everything else we do in Christendom is futile if these questions are not tackled and answered. Why build the biggest church with the largest membership and 1000 ministries if what you are preaching is inaccurate or the members are unsure about their eternal state but just come there for coming sake. This book answers all the questions that pertain to salvation in an honest interrogative way from chapters 1-13, and then chapter 14, the last chapter, defends those findings.

My Marketing Strategy that will ensure sales: Yes, publishers get thousands of manuscripts each year (over 145,000 books were published in 2004) and hence choosing the right book depends upon if it can be marketed to cover the investment. Normally the first run is 3000 books or more. That can easily be covered by my Newsletter ministry, if God be willing, whom I told that a published copy of the book will be coming soon. My Other strategies: I have a list of nearly 40,000 or more media contacts to which I also do press release letters. The media contact covers almost all the media in the world – Radio, TV, Newspaper, etc. In 2004 I did a project for a School booklet (Student Manifesto) that was widely distributed to the media and key contacts that led to change in our nation. In fact, here are some of the feed back from that project:

More strategies: I have several other websites that receive lots of hits as well, including an interactive online community. There are also churches that I know and lots of persons asking for the book, and its input in the stores, so they and their family can buy it. There is also an “uncut” version online www.cafepress.com/voicebook2 to which there has been sales, but cannot reach my larger local community and churches and books stores. Stores like Wal-Mart I also plan to solicit distribution in, via wise soliciting strategies. And then there is still the warm fuzzy market of close friends and acquaintances that also ask for the book.

Power Strategy: This might be the most impressive strategy to you publishing the book. I’m a minister of the ICOF and having had good relations with the Presiding Bishop he has promised to make the book the primary text of the organization, colleges, seminaries, etc and consequently distributed to all the churches worldwide. Why is that a power strategy? Well, ICOF has over 40,000 ministers representing 10 million constituents, 500 orphanages, several humanitarian aid organizations, over 100 Bible Colleges, Christian Universities and Seminaries, thousands of affiliated churches and members. Continuance Strategy: By the grace of God I'm also gifted to write and have written other unpublished books, a total of over 30 when done. This means more publishing through you and feeding off the success of the first publishing. Also, the book (s) are not short-run, so they will always be in demand as Christendom expands, grows and the years go by, just like the bible; especially as required text for schools.

Secret Strategy: My last strategy is a secret and far more powerful than them all combined and given what is presented thus far, it will obviously be effective, if God be willing. I cannot reveal it, if I do it wouldn’t be a secret anymore, would it?
