The Fry's Spring Neighborhood Association without taking a position in favor of any one plan, urges you to immediately authorize bathymetric and geotechnical surveys of the South Fork Rivanna Reservoir. Information recently presented to the public, and to the Council, suggests that dredging may be a cost effective and environmentally sensitive technique for rapidly expanding our community water supply.
Thank you for your attention to this important issue.
Sincerely,
Peter Hedlund
President, Fry's Spring Neighborhood Association
