At 6:30 (00:30:40)Andrea K. Wieder motioned that the Fry’s Spring Neighborhood Association request a neighborhood wide down zoning from R-2 to the lowest possible zoning designation and that the neighborhood pursue a down zoning to the University density classification in as much area as possible.
Terri DiCintio seconded the motion.
James King requested that for the purpose of discussion the R2 down zoning issue be separate from discussion of “U” designation.
Pat Healy requested that motions pertaining to R2 zoning and “U” designation be made separately.
At 6:40pm (00:40:30) Peter Hedlund recommended tabling the vote with further discussion.
Andrea K. Wieder withdrew her motion.

Andrea K. Wieder motioned that the Fry’s Spring Neighborhood Associate accept the Hill/Center Development Task Force’s recommendation to refuse the PUD proposal for The Hill/Center Development.
Pat Healy seconded the motion
Jack Gwynn offered a friendly amendment that the FSNA recommend that the City purchase the land from Tom Hickman for the purpose of preserving green space.
At 7:29pm (1:29:45) the FSNA voted unanimously in favor of this motion.
