BLANKET PRODUCT QUESTIONS:
How are these blankets measured?
The blanket measurements are width by length.  The first measurement is around the barrel and the second is down the back.   Most of our blankets are standard size 36" x 34", but an assortment of smaller/larger sizes are available in our store.

Are these blankets or pads?
These are 100% New Zealand wool blankets that will appear identical on either side.  The photos are shown with the blankets folded in half.  Additional padding is available, please see our OPTIONAL SERVICES section.  Also, visit our eBay store for a selection of neoprene and felt pads.

Do I need more padding?  Does this need to be used with another pad?
Our standard wool blankets are approximately 1/2" in thickness and do not require additional padding.  They can be used alone or on top of an existing pad.  However, additional fleece or synthetic padding can be woven to the underside of any blanket in our store.  Please see our OPTIONAL SERVICES section.

Do you have this blanket in a smaller size, different color, etc?
All available products are listed in our eBay store.  Please see the blanket subcategories for pony, arab, and oversize blankets.  You can search for a particular color by clicking here. Custom blankets are available with a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks.  Please inquire for further info and pricing.

What are the differences between wool and synthetic fiber?
We carry blankets comprised of either wool, kashmilon, or acrylic fiber.  Wool, being a natural fiber, resists moisture saturation. This allows more ventilation, keeping the horse cool.  Synthetic fibers feel softer, appear brighter, and are a more economical option.  However, synthetics do not match the ventilation that wool provides.  The wool blankets will have a longer lifetime over synthetic blankets.  Kashmilon blankets are best used in a show environment where durability is not the primary concern.  Acrylics are best for Farm and Ranch use.

Wool Fleece Padding
Additional fleece padding can be woven to the underside of any blanket in our store.  You can see an example of this here:

The padding will line the underside of the blanket and provide additional comfort and absorption.  This will also include a set of the standard wear leathers as pictured.  The cost to add fleece padding with basic leathers will be $69.95.  Please contact us through the auction to let us know you are interested in this service.   Turnaround time for sewing is approximately 2 weeks.  Upgraded wear leathers are available, please see below.

Wear Leathers
Wear leathers can be added to any blanket in our store.  These leathers provide protection against wear caused by the cinch, the girth of the horse and the stirrup leather (fender).  Leathers add durability to the blanket while providing a stylish western look.  We have an assortment of optional wear leathers that can be added to your eBay auction.  Please view the below link:

Prices will be added to the blanket's cost.  It is not required to add fleece padding in order to add wear leathers.  At this time the wear leathers are available in light oil only.  Turnaround time for sewing is approximately 2 weeks.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
What are my shipping options?
Packages are shipped via UPS.  Insurance and tracking are included with shipping costs.  Standard Ground and 2-Day Air are available at checkout.  If you you need overnight service, please contact us for rates. 

- Standard Shipping Service:  UPS Ground (2-5 business days depending on your distance from Texas)
- Guaranteed 2-day Air: UPS 2-Day (Guaranteed to arrive on the 2nd business day after pickup)
- Overnight Shipping:  This service is available, but please email us for rates.

Do you combine shipping costs?
We are happy to combine shipping costs at $4 for each additional blanket.  Our acrylic Hogan Solids can be combined at only $2 additional.  If you wish to combine shipping, please wait until all of your purchases/auctions have completed before paying.  A revised invoice will be sent with combined shipping.

Will you ship to a PO Box?  APO, Alaska, and Hawaii?
We prefer to ship to a physical address as UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.  If a physical address can be provided, rather than a PO Box, please provide us with that address.   If it is necessary to ship to a PO Box, a $4 surcharge will be added to the shipping cost.  This surcharge also applies to all Alaska, Hawaii, and APO shipments which must be sent by USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping Info
- International customers, please wait for an invoice to be sent before paying.  Ebay's checkout does not properly combine rates for multiple auction purchases so the invoice will need to be corrected before payment. 
- All International shipments will be sent by First-Class International Mail or Global Priority International depending on weight.
- Express Mail (3-5 days) is available, please email for rates.
- Insurance is recommended on all International transactions.  We will not be responsible for missing international shipments that are not insured.
- International shipping rates are listed at the bottom of each auction.  All European countries, please refer to the UK shipping rate.
- PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
What is your return/exchange policy?
All refunds/returns/exchanges must be requested with 5 days of receiving delivery.
- Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced with the same item.  Return shipping costs will be paid by Mainline Equine.
- If you are not happy with the color, style, size of your item we will accept a return minus shipping costs, eBay listing costs, and a restocking fee.
- If you wish to exchange your item, we are happy to do so, but additional shipping costs will apply.
