Status of On-Going Work:
1. Personnel Committee: No personnel Committee.
2. The Communications Committee: No response to request for input.
3. Facilities Committee:
Last Stewardship Day we
Trained caretaker in carpet cleaning
Fixed road sign lights (Thanks Randy)
Replaced broken courtyard switch plates
Replaced broken courtyard floodlight fixture
Cleaned out furnace closet
Patched FH walls and touched up paint
Gardened in the rain
Swept leaves up.
Replaced broken toilet flush handle
Issues:
There is a possibly weak fuse in the office fuse box that trips when several
coffee makers are turned on at the same time. Need to do a load test and
possibly replace breaker or label kitchen outlets so coffee pot load can be
better distributed.
Caretaker needs washer Drier stacked unit as previously described.

Beyond
what's in the article, is that we plan to work with Randy on a Coordinating
Council/Leadership Summit for a Sunday (after the Service) in January. At this
event we'll present our ideas and explain how they provide a leadership
development model for the Fellowship.
Pallas has been very helpful in setting forth three areas of responsibility for
the task force's work: Appreciation, Infrastructure, and Training. We may need
to add an additional person to our task force who is gifted in the area of
appreciation.
We are beginning to work on a number of different levels that include ideas for
ground level volunteer recruitment, defining infrastructure needs, looking at
leadership succession, and much more. After two productive meetings with
Pallas, Terra and I plan to communicate with committee chairs and to proceed
one step at a time in hopes of turning our ideas into a workable reality.
