Downstairs Room for Rent in a Gorgeous House with Great Housemates

One of the our fabulous housemates is moving out, which means that we are looking for a new housemate to move in May 1st 2010! Could it be you?

US:
There are three of us, a male & female couple occupying two of the rooms and another female roommate in a third bedroom. The roommates who are leaving were occupying the largest bedroom (see stats below). It's a great fun and inspiring group of people to live with. We all have fairly multifaceted lives and are no particular order: artists, bikers, crafters, designers, gamers, geeks, hikers, kickboxers, musicians, pranksters, skeptics, and teachers.

• Clean & organized 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house
• Large SUNNY living room and dining room (hardwood floors! fireplace!)
• Spacious kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher
• Downstairs laundry room (washer/dryer), workshop, and garage (yay storage!)
• Cute manicured backyard with flowers and a lemon tree! (grill too!)
• Internet, WiFi, and Airtunes enabled (and Cable TV happily disabled)
• One adorable hairless cat (allergen-free as long as you don't rub your eyeball directly on their skin; cat mostly stays upstairs) …sorry no additional non-caged pets allowed
• No smoking indoors (the atrium or backyard is fine)
• Ample street parking (in a safe neighborhood)
• 2 min walk to grocery store, coffee shop, cheap thai food, etc.
• Very close to SFSU, Lake Merced Park, and Stern Grove Park

 ROOM STATS:

• The room measures 10' x 22.5' (approx 143 sq.ft.)
• Located downstairs in the back of the house
• Sliding glass doors that open to the backyard
• LOTS of in-room shelving and a LARGE 10-foot closet
• Attached private full bathroom
• Carpet floor

Room available to move in May 1st. Rent is $1100 per month + your share of the utilities: PG&E, water/sewage, garbage, phone/DSL, monthly gardener visit. Due to the bimonthly water and trimonthly garbage the cost of utilities vary from month to month (running average of $133 per person for 4 people)
