    -  Since there was no quorum, it was an information exchange meeting.

2.  Treasurer’s Report
    - Mark suggests we change banks, as Merchants’ Bank is not on line yet.

3.  Camping trip June 14-16 - contact Howard Koons

4.  Adventures in Dining
    -postponed until June 22nd to avoid a conflict with the camping trip
    -Fran will check out the new Thai place on Folsom

5.  Foothill Picnic
    -at Foresthill Park on August 17th
