History of Disability Site : 2007-2008
Conceptualise and oversaw development of online site chronicaling history of disability in South Australia. Managed this project through three iterations and employed social network principals to enhance user participation and engagement. Project leans heavily on using open source applications and open APIs to provde cost effective framework for multimedia information delivery and expansion.

Virtual live podcast - Second Life : 2007 - December
Organised, built and facilitated an event in Second Life (SL) where I hosted a podcast recording with key leaders of various groups of the ACS active in SL. Interaction with virtual guests via text chat and also as 'live' guests was part of the experience and the podcast.

Future IT Directions - Strategic Planning Day : 2007 - November
Presentation outlining the strategic direction the organisation must take with online Information provision for the future. This was a tipping point for the organisation after receiving a 50% cut in funding at a time of massive change in the online information world.
Slides from planning Nov 2007. Uses mashup of video segments from "Mob Rules" by Mark Pesce and quotes from Time magazine while synthesising points from my personal network of colleagues including Mark Pesce, Laurel Papworth, J P Rangaswami.

Combined (global geek and extraordinary) podcast
Second Life : 2007 – November 15
An experiment in podcasting from within Second Life went surprisingly well and received a lot of attention. As co-host of the
extraordinary everyday lives podcast I played an interesting role in facilitating the live recording of an episode combined with the
global geek podcast. Several people interested in the podcast network attended after spontaneous invitations via twitter – taking on
the role of live studio audience. Link.
